All content you create using Genie in a Book is yours. We provide the platform and AI tools; you're responsible for how you use them. Don't abuse the service — no unlawful or infringing content. If you break these rules, we'll suspend or terminate your account without warning.

You alone are responsible for any images you upload. By providing photos of children, you represent that you either own all rights to those images or have obtained explicit permission. Never upload photos of minors you are not the parent or legal guardian of. Any legal issues arising from misuse of images are your sole responsibility.

All pricing is displayed up front. We charge your card only when you confirm your order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We use Stripe for payments — any disputes or chargebacks go through them.

Because each book is custom‑made, we don't offer refunds once printing has started. If there's a defect or error on our part (typo, misprint, damage in transit), let us know within 7 days of delivery; we'll replace it at no cost.

You retain full ownership of the text and images you submit. Any AI‑generated artwork is licensed to you for personal use. You may not re‑sell AI assets individually.

We make no guarantees our service will be error‑free or uninterrupted. In no event will Genie in a Book be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

These policies are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute must be brought in state or federal court in Maricopa County, AZ.

We may update these policies at any time. When we do, we'll post the new version with a "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
